ARBANE Groupe sells its products in France through a dedicated sales team and in more than 30 countries through a network of specialized distributors.

Context

As part of a customer experience improvement process, Arbane Groupe is looking for an inside sales manager.


Responsibilities :

Based at the headquarters in Nantes (France) and reporting to the sales director, your missions will consist of:

  • Managing sales in France and worldwide: Order tracking, shipment administration, follow-up on deadlines, and customer and distributor information.
  • Supporting distributors by providing them with the necessary information to promote Arbane Groupe's products.
  • Assisting the export director in international promotion actions and in following up with distributors.

 

Profile :

  • With a master's degree or equivalent, you enjoy human contact and commercial relationships by placing the customer at the heart of your concerns.

  • You have a high level of English proficiency (C1 or C2) and ideally have some experience in an English-speaking country.

  • You are interested in the technological and industrial environment, so come and join a team of enthusiasts about sound and live shows.

 

This is a sedentary position with few travels, based in Bouguenais, south of Nantes, on a permanent contract.

Salary will be based on profile and experience (30 to 40k€ gross annual).
